Hailed as “the hope of Israeli music” by Ma’ariv and described as possessing both “ironclad technique” and “ample suppleness” by the New York Times, Eliran Avni is an emerging FORCE in the contemporary classical music scene. Eliran made his debut with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Zubin Mehta at the age of seventeen. He has appeared as a soloist and chamber collaborator throughout the world.

Discovering music was indeed a pinnacle for this young artist. But discovering his innate trait of sensory processing sensitivity was life-changing.

Today he is living in NYC and has become a pianist on the faculty at State University of New York, Fredonia. He reached out to Dr. Elaine Aron and got a response. As she is a heartfelt lover of classical music, the meeting was harmonious, enlightening, and inspiring. Dr. Aron said, “We thoroughly explored the subject of performance anxiety as it applied to highly sensitive persons (HSPs), of course, but we explored it so that it would be useful to any performer. We also spoke extensively about ranking and linking.”

Watch Eliran Avni on Sensitive Men Rising — The Documentary and discover how his complete acceptance of the trait, and how he is using it, has emancipated him and has made him the man he has always wanted to be.
